Strikes Rock and Founders Off Irish Coast. ] ALL ON BOARD SAVED. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, August 27. Lord Moyne's twin-screw yacht Roussalka, encountering a fog, struck the Strathlin Rock, off the coast of Gal•..•iiw anri Knnlr in spA r fin minutes. Twenty-
three on board, consisting of Lord Moyne and his guests, numbering 18, and the crew, landed safely in the yacht's boats. Lord Moyne was formerly the Hon. Walter Guinness, ex-Minister of Agriculture, and Financial Secretary; to the Treasury. He is a eon of the late Earl of Iveagh. Lord Moyne has been fascinated by the water since he.was at Eton, where lie was a "wet bob/' and rowed three times in the winning eights at Henley. Some years ago he put into commission his novel yacht, the Aphra, refurnished from the old cross-Channel mail steamer Canterbury.
