three on board, consisting of Lord Moyne and his guests, numbering 18, and the crew, landed safely in the yacht's boats. Lord Moyne was formerly the Hon. Walter Guinness, ex-Minister of Agriculture, and Financial Secretary; to the Treasury. He is a eon of the late Earl of Iveagh. Lord Moyne has been fascinated by the water since he.was at Eton, where lie was a "wet bob/' and rowed three times in the winning eights at Henley.
