INSTALMENT SYSTEM TAILS. The financial position of dog owners was indicated this morning when , the doc registrar at Onehunga sued two men for failing to pay the full amount of their dog license fee. The registrar, Mr. J. Cairns, said that the defendants had paid 2/G each, and still owed 7/6 each. They were registered on time payments, but had failed to keep them up after paying 2/6.
