Latest cables received from London indicate that butter is rather quiet at present pi ices, and cheese is dull of sale. The weekly cable received by the Press Association reads as follows: — Butter is quiet. Danish, 104./ per'ewt; choicest salted New Zealand. 00/ to 02/; Australian, 00/ to 91/; unsalted, about 2/ premium. Cheese is slow. New Zealand, white, 47/; coloured, 51/; Australian temporarily cleared. Merchants' Cables. Cables received by Auckland merchants to-day from their principals in Tooley Street..
