WELLINGTON, this day. The acting Prime Minister, ttw Bt, [■Ton J. G. Coates, announced to-day that September 13 has been fixed as the date S the Lyttelton by-election. The writ will be issued on Monday, and the roll . bo closed at 0 p.m. that day. Nominations close at noon on Monday, Anguet 28.
