WHOLESALE QUEEN.
Mr. and Mrs. J. Leslie Adams gave an evening in honour of the Wholesale Queen, Miss Betty Endean. Surprise packets were sold and brought a good amount for votes. Dancing, games, and musical items made a thoroughly enjoyable entertainment. Miss Endean wore a white flat crepe. Among thoso present were: Mesdames Goldsmith, Adams, Misses Una Goldsmith, Marjorie Low, L Bright, B. Adams, K.- Cook, N. Bartley C. White, Li Adams, Zena Adams, Bethna Adams, T. Hill, Nancy Endean, Grace Endean, K. Cook, W. Burton, ■M. Lucena.
