CONCRETE AT WHANGAREI,

WHANGAREI, this day.

The "road closed" signs which, have been up in Walton Street ever since the laying of the strip of Skram concrete as an experiment was commenced, have now been removed, and traffic is using the new road. There is still some work to bo done in putting the strips on each side of the concrete in order.
