BLUEJACKET'S ARREST.

SERIOUS CHARGE BROUGHT.

Arrested yesterday afternoon at Devonport by Constable O'Carroll, a bluejacket. Alfred Leslie Williams, aged 21, belonging to the Philomel, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court this morning on a charge of wilful ancl obscene exposure in Victoria Koad, Devonport, yesterday.

On the application of the police accused was remanded until to-morrow. In tho meantime he is to remain on hoard his ship.
