OLD MAORI HISTORY.
VISIT TO ONE TREE HILL,
Members of the anthropology and Maori race section of the Auckland Institute held their annual field diiy this afternoon) when they visitpll One Tree Hill. Mr. George Graham gave an outline of the Maori history of the hill and surrounding district*, and an inspection was made of wlint remains of the old Maori earthworks in the locality.
