NEW POST OFFICE AT LAST?
£120,000 FOR COMPLETION.

As the result of the Government's decision to increase Public Works fxponcliture it is confidently expected thit :i start will now be made with the erection of Diiuedin's new Post Office. Its •fniiiidnI tioiis are in position, and the e.*tinuit<?.l ! coit of its completion i< about £120,000. At present one-third of the cost of the labour could be obtained through the unemployment fund subsidy. It is also understood that a bis- block of buildings iu the immediate vicinity will be rebuilt once the Tost Office takes practical shape. Plans already arc biniig prepared for that job.
