CRAYFISH IN DEMAND.
TAILS FOR SPECIAL PURPOSE. (By Tcleg'-npli.—rress Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. A Christchureh Ann has asked Kaikoura fishermen to supply 100 sacks of crayfish per week from Kaikoura for export. Only the tails of the fish "will be sent away to a market, which until recently was supplied froni the coast of Africa. . _ The tails arc used for a special purpose. As supplies from the original source have fallen off, and the price has increased, a demand has set in for New Zealand crayfish. .
