THIRD TRIAL ON MONDAY.

On Monday, at the Supreme Court, Elspeth Kerr, nurse, aged 45, will be arraigned to stand her third trial on a charge of administering poison with intent to injure, thereby endangering life* At her two previous trials, heard before Mr. Justice Herdman, the jury failed to agree. Monday's trial will be taken again before Mr. Justice Herdman. Mr. Meredith will prosecute on behalf of the Crown, and Mr. Singer will represent the accused. Mr. Justice Smith will preside at the upstairs Court, where he will deal with prisoners for sentence, and also banco matters.
