CLOUDY TO OVERCAST.
SOUTH-EASTERLY WEATHER. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. An intense anti-cyclone extends from South-east Australia on to New Zealand, while an area of low pressure lies between the Queensland coast and Norfolk Island. The forecast is for moderate, to fresh and increasing south-easterly winds, weather cloudy to overcast, rain commencing in the far North and extending gradually southwards. Seas moderate, but rising on the East Coast.
