The owner of the truck, George Ilill, was previously charged with exceeding the speed limit, and the magistrate adjourned the case to enable a test to be made, as there was a conflict of evidence; Mr. Lawry to-day dismissed the case, deciding that he could not accept allegations made after a test that was catfied 1 out surreptitiously 1
