AGAINST APPEAL COURT.

HOUSE OF LORDS JUDGMENT. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, May 18. The House of Lords has allowed an appeal from the Court of Appeal by the Norwegian whaling companies, Polaris and Globus, in connection with an alleged breach of contract action for £447,000 against Lever Bros., Unilever, Ltd., and another Norwegian company. The Court of Appeal gave its decision in March, 1932. The House of Lords ruled that damages are to be assessed.
