NOTICE TO JAPAN.
BRITAIN TO END TRADE PACTS. RUGBY, May 17. The President of the Board of Trade, Mr. Walter Runciman, said in the House of Commons that the requisite 12 months' notice -\vas to be given forthwith to terminate the application of the Anglo-Japanese treaty to the British territories in West Africa.
