£25,000 for Picture Formerly In Czarist Collection. FELTON BEQUEST BUYS. (Received 10.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The Felton Bequest Committee has completed another expensive purchase, paying £25,000 for Tiepolo's "Banquet of Cleopatra," a famous painting by the Venetian master, which came from the Imperial Hermitage collection of St. Petersburg of the Czars. The picture measures 12ft bv Oft.
