PETER PAN.
The Peter Pan Cabaret was packed out 011 Saturday evening, every available scat being taken. The cold weather made dancing very popular and Mr. Merv. Bree and his orchestra gave an enjoyable programme. A special number entitled "Speech" was also played and brought forth applause. Bowls of multicoloured chrysanthemums in the cubicles were \cry "much admired and lent a colourful note to the surroundings. Among those present were: Mrs. Hugh Fenton, who wore a frock of cherry crinkly velvet; Mrs. Eady, pastel pink chiffon; Mrs. Suon Bonisson, deep petunia georgette; Mrs. Arthur Wilson (London), black chiffon velvet and rkinestones; Mrs. C. Tomlinson, scarlet lace over satin; Mrs. A. Watson, gold lame, daffodil georgette'; Mrs. A. Reid, black Chantilly lace; Mrs. A. Neville, cream and silver satin; Mrs. S. Franklin, cream crinkle crepe; Miss Laura Mappin, blue and silver satin with embossed design; Miss Maida Mclndoe, cream chiffon velvet; Miss Inez Tuck, white frilled taffeta; Miss Iris Lester, black satin; Miss B. Gardiner, ivory chiffon with pink floral design; Miss A. Lawes, apple green taffeta; Miss B. Gardiner, leaf green souple satin and diamante; Miss Girlie Leatherbarrow, cherry red frilled taffeta; Miss Gladys Reid, primrose frilled georgette; Miss Betty Bramley, black satin; Miss'B. Hitching's, black georgette; Miss Jean Horsley, midnight blue crinkle crepe; Miss Marjorie Banks, black crepe faille; Miss Ruth Sutherland, Chinese red satin beaute; Miss June Reid (Wellington), cameo pink frilled organdie; Miss Molly Bailey, black floral taffeta; Miss Margaret O'Connor, leaf green georgette and net; Miss A. Burns, black georgette with silver lame flowers; Miss Maud Mellor, black georgette; Miss Leslie McDuff, deep sea blue floral georgette; Miss Betty Biss, violet ring velvet; Miss 0.
