SALVATION ARMY.

TWO OFinCERS RETIRING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. It is announced from the Salvation Army national headquarters, Wellington, that Colonel Levi Taylor and Mrs. Taylor are retiring from service. Colonel Taylor has been chief secretary for the New Zealand territory for the past four years. They leave New Zealand on August 22 by the Monowai and proceed to Canada, and will take up their residence at Toronto. A cablegram from international headquarters, London, states that Colonel Albert W. T. Orsborn has been appointed chief secretary in New Zealand.
