HEMP AND TOW.
The quantity of hemp and tow graded at Dominion ports during last month was as follows, the corresponding figures for April, 1932, being in parentheses:—Hemp, 1817 (1684) bales; tow, 262 (593) bales. Auckland's contribution last month was 187 bales of hemp.
