CLOTHES FOR RELIEF CAMPS.
The generous response to my appeal for woollen socks last year for mej* in relief camps prompts me once again to write through your columns. Last year nearly 500 pairs were sent to these camps as a result, showing the practical sympathy of women, many of whom, being unable to give, offered their services to mend. The cold weather is here, and a warm pair of socks would be most acceptable to the men. Any donations of eocks either new or slightly worn will' be gratefully accepted and forwarded to men in camps. x E. CAMMELL. Lady Corps Superintendent, Ambulance Station^ Rutland Street.
