After a busy period yesterday business on the local Stock Exchange quietened clown, and at the 9.30 call this morning the only sajes recorded were three late ones from yesterday. Bidding was quiet, but no weakness was disclosed. In Government stocks there were fresh buyers at £99 15/ for the 4 per cent, with holders asking £100 10/.
