POKENO THEFTS.

GOODS VALUED AT £42 TAKEN,

(From Our Own Correspondent.) PUKEKOHE, Friday,

At Pokeno goods valued at £42 were stolen from tho Farmer's Trading Company store between Wednesday night and Thursday morning. Entrance was gained by breaking a side window and releasing the catch. Tho goods, which include clothes, silk stockings,' boots, shoes, tobacco and cigarettes, were packed and removed through the front door. The police believe that the thieves used a motor vchicle.
