AN APPEAL DISMISSED.

CASE OF T. WEBSTER. (Received 12 noon.) SYDNEY, this day. The appeal of the New Zealand jockey T. Webster to the committee of the Australian Jockey Club against his suspension has been dismissed. During the running of the Sydney Cup on Easter Monday Braeburn and- Miss N ottava' met with interference. The stewards found that the New Zealand jockey T. Webster was responsible and suspended him for three months. Three races earlier Webster had been successful on Autopay.

HORSES RETURNING HOME.

"STEARIXNG FOB MR. J. DONALD (Received 12 noon.) SYDNEY, this day. The following horses are returning to New Zealand by the Monowai, which sails to-day for Wellington:— -Golden Hair, Autopay, La Moderne, Dovelike and Posy. There is also a yearling by Rossendale, purchased by Mr. J. Donald, of the Westmere stud, Wanganui.
