TAIKAFtTNTA COUNCIL'S WORK

The council had to shoulder an overdraft of £15,400 when it took office two years ago. At present the overdraft was £12,570. Mr. Guiniven warned the incoming council that it would have to continue to practice economy during the nest; two years, and stated that any increase in capital expenditttra would mean an increase in rates* . •
