The Czecho-Slovakian Foreign Minister, Dr. Benes, speaking in Parliament, defied the world to alter the frontiers of Czecho-Slovakia by revising the peace treaties. Any attempt to do so, he said, would lead to war. "Let those desiring Czecho-Slovakia to yietd her territory come with their armies and take it," he declared.
