SUN NEWSPAPERS, LTD. CAPITAL REDUCTION PLAN. A proposal to reduce the capital of Sun Newspapers, Limited, Ckristchurcb, is to be submitted to the annual meeting of shareholders on May 3. The resolution provides for a reduction of the capital of the company from £300,000, divided into 300;000 shares of £1 each, to. £125,000, divided into 250,000 shares of 10/ each. It is proposed to cancel capital which has bee-i lost or is unrepresented by available assets, to the extent of 10/ a share, upon each of the fully-paid 250,000 shares which have been issued, "to reduce the nominal amount of all shares from £1 to 10/ each and to cancel 50,000 shares which have not been issued.
