SUN NEWSPAPERS, LTD. CAPITAL REDUCTION PLAN. A proposal to reduce the capital of Sun Newspapers, Limited, Ckristchurcb, is to be submitted to the annual meeting of shareholders on May 3. The resolution provides for a reduction of the capital of the company from £300,000, divided into 300;000 shares of £1 each, to. £125,000, divided into 250,000 shares of 10/ each.
