CANADIAN RAILWAY SYSTEMS. (Received 2 p.m.) OTTAWA, April 18. Tko Minister of Railways, Mr. Manion, stated in the House of Commons to-day that ' he would insert a clause in the Government's Railway Bill prohibiting the amalgamation of the Canadian National and the Canadian Pacific Railways.
