FIVE MAYORAL CANDIDATES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) • DUNEDIN, this day. Five candidates are nominated for the city Mayoralty. They are: Mr. R. S. Black (present Mayor), Mr. F. W. Mitchell (deputy-Mayor), the Rev. E. T. Cox, Mr. C. M. Moss and Mr. M. O'Rorke (Communist). • • Twenty-six candidates, including a full citizens' and Labour ticket, are standing for the twelve seats on the City Council. The Labour party is not contesting the Mayoralty.
