BAPTIST CAMPERS.
GATHERING AT CLEVEDON. Approximately 130 campers gathered at Clevedon South for the Baptist camp over Easter. On Easter Friday the morning service was conducted by Rev. A. J. Gfrigjg. In the afternoon the campers wer6 given a welcome to Clevedon South by Mr. N. J, Sutherland. On Saturday morning interclass swimming sports were held in the river. The afternoon was free, and campers indulged in organised games. A concert was held in the evening. Three services were held on Easter Sunday, the first being conducted by Rev. P. L. A. Crampton, The Rev, Guy Thornton spoke of his missionary work in other lands. The evening service, which took the form of a young men's meeting, was conducted by Rev. J. D. Jensen, On> Monday athletio events were held. The camp officials were:—Chairman, Rev. P: L. A. Crampton; camp captain, Rev. J. Hiddleston; secretary. Mr. W. R. Armour; treasurer. Mr, R. C. J, Smith.
