THIS MORNING'S WORK,

SYDNEY, this day. The Randwick track was in good order for the final Doncaster gallope this morn- | ing. Winooka led Gaine Garrington over five furlongs in 1.2. Metallurgy beat Eastern Chief and Peter Jackson over ten furlongs in 2.13%. Topical did the same time. Lough Neagh covered six furlongs in 1.21. Jacko ran an easy seven furlongs in 1.31. Lady Linden did a very smart six furlongs, taking 1.15. Turbine just led Panjandrum over six furlongs in 1.16. Braeburn ran an easy mile in 1.45. Miss Nottava. led Oro, with Rogilla four lengths away at the end of a mile in 1.42%. Johnnie Jason ran six furlongs in 1.17%. Mr. Kerry covered a mile in 1.44. Autopay and Veilmond were together at the end of five furlongs in 1.2. •Primsel did an easy four furlongs, taking 555. Shakuni and Golden Hair ran six furlongs in 1.16. Miramond and Limarch led Prestige over six furlongs in 1.16. Peter Pan, at Rosebery, covered seven furlongs in 1.31%, which was a very good gallop for the course. WIN FOR J. T. JAMIESON. SYDNEY, April 12. At the Rosebery races to-day J. T. Jamieson's Closing Time won the Flying Handicap (of lOOsovs, six furlongs), and A. D. Webster's First Acre was third in the Rosebery Handicap (of 150sovs, one mile and a quarter).
