SETTLEMENT REACHED.
ULSTER RAILWAY STRIKE. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, April 6. The unions and the railway managers have agreed to a settlement of the Ulster strike. Subject to the formal endorsement of the union executive work is expected to be resumed next week.
