DUMPING BUTTER.
FOREIGN IMPORTS.
Dominion Sales Seriously
Affected.
IMPORTERS PROTEST. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, April 6. New Zealand and Australian butter importers have appointed a deputation to the Minister of Agriculture, Major W. E. Elliott, to ask for a restriction on foreign supplies. Meanwhile it is estimated that arrivals of Danish and other Continental consignments in Northern England are now 50,000 boxes weekly in excess of the figures for 1932. This is seriously affecting the demand for Dominion produce.
