SETTLER'S FATAL INJURIES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) MASTERTON, this day. As a result of a kick from a Tiorse, Mr. Robert Oliver Smith, a well-known settler of Earlyhurst, Bideford, lost his life yesterday. His body "was found down a steep bank, where it had been dragged by a horse. It was evident that deceased had become entangled in a rope tied to the horse.
