H. le Sueur for £12 10/ against Harold Bradley Brownrigg, the words "Organised Swindle" were used in the heading to the telegram. This was based on a statement by Counsel for the Plaintiff made during the hearing. Counsel for the Defendant stated that he was instructed to repudiate any suggestion of fraud. It has been represented to us that the heading was unfair to Mr. Brownrigg. A careful reading of the report convinces us that such a heading was liable to be misinterpreted, and we desire to express our regret to Mr. Brownrigg for any injustice that may have been inadvertently caused.
