SURTAX ON N.Z. GOODS.
FRENCH 15 PER CENT IMPOST. (Received 1 p.m.) PARIS, March 23. A surtax of 15 per cent has been imposed on South African, New Zealand and Ceylonesp imports. A similar tax, designed to o:fset the depreciated currencies of China and Japan has now been increased to 25 per cent.
