MODERATE SOUTHERLIES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A slight anti-cyclone now covers New Zealand, but a shallow westerly depression is located over the western Tasman sea. The forecast is for light to moderate southerly winds, later becoming variable, with the weather fine, and seas smooth to moderate.
