CAPE RECORD ATTEMPT. (Received 0.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 9. Mr. Victor Smith started this morning on another attempt to beat Mrs. Mollison's record for the flight from England to Capetown. He later arrived at Perpignan and departed for Oran at 9 a.m.
