DEMOCRATS DECIDE.
Gracus Agrees to Prohibition Repeal. MONDAY'S DIVISION. (Received 11 a.m.) WASHINGTON", February 17. The Democrat members of the House of Representatives to-day, in caucus, bound themselves to vote for prohibition repeal on Monday. They decided by 115 to 46 on a motion to bind themselves and not on the proposed constitutional amendment. This assures that more than two-thirds of the Democrats will vote for the Senate repeal proJOML Nearly 40 Democrats gave notice that they desired to be excused from the iron rule of caucus because of previous commitments made to their constituents.
