KAISER'S RETURN.
DAY AFTER ELECTION.
Reported Plan for Triumphant Entry. CONFIDENT OF NAZI VICTORY. (United r.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 10 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, February 3. The newspaper "Het Volk" states that the ex-Kaiser packed his baggage for departure to Germany yesterday, but later postponed the journey until March G, the day following the elections, when he is convinced the Nazis will welcome him. The postponement, says tlio paper, was due to a personal plea from Herr Hitler, Chancellor, who urged that the immediate return of the Kaiser might disrupt the election campaign. The exKaiser is confident that the Nazis will gain an absolute majority and hopes to be able to return to Berlin during the celebrations of the Nazi victory. Friday morning's issue of "Vorwaerts" was confiscated by the authorities because it contained an election manifesto accusing the new Government of hatred of the Labour movement, describing the parties supporting Herr Hitler as "beneficiaries of agricultural relief and industrial subsidies," and appealing to the electors to vote for the expropriation of big estates and industrial concerns. The ex-Kaiser's fourth son; August Wilhelm, is seeking his father's permission to undertake command of Herr Hitler's "Storm Troops" in Berlin. It is reported that Count von Albensleben has been arrested and charged with complicity in an alleged riiilitary plan to prevent Herr von Papen forming a Ministry. This probably explains the earlier story that General Schleicher was contemplating a military coup d'etat.
