French Ministry's Vote of Confidence. INDUSTRIAL SOCIALISATION ? (Received 1.30 p.m.) PARIS, February 3. Owing to the Socialists' support, the hew French Ministry, after a colourless debate, survived a vote of confidence by 370 to 200. Tho Premier, M. Daladier, in outlining his policy, said that when the present difficulties had been overcome, national control could be claimed for those activities which owed their prosperity to the general effort. France, lie said, desired complete security. His foreign policy would be vigilant.
