CHAMPIONSHIP PRIZE LIST,

The Helensville Agricultural and Pastoral Association's annual show, which proved a great attraction yesterday, will result in a slight margin of profit.- The gate takings were not quite as good as last year, but this was compensated for by larger entries and returns from other sources. After the show a dance, held in the Show Hall, was largely attended.

During the day a "baby show" created great interest. Out of many entries, the following prizes were awarded: —Beet baby over twelve months and under 24 months: Reginald Ketterer 1, Bruce Narby 2, John Waddington 3. Best baby under twelve months: Joyce Aldsworth 1, Pat Catley 2, Jamee Cole 3.

The championship prize list is as follows: —

Champion, mare: A. I. McLeod. Champion hunter: Miss P. Weston. Champion Shorthorn ' bull: J. McAdarn. Champion Shorthorn cow: Hanson Brothers. Champion Friesian bull: \V. E. Nicholis.
