Standardised Playing Wish of King and Queen. TEMPO REARRANGEMENT. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, January 25. The King and Queen express the wish that a standardised playing of the National Anthem by civilian as well as Army bands and orchestras will be the outcome of an Army order. The rearrangement of the Anthem does not alter the harmony but the tempo, enabling a standard rendering in accordance with necessary dignity.
