FAVOURABLE FORECAST. (By> Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A shallow depression "\vhicli covered the Dominion during the -week-end has now passed away eastwards, and a fairly intense anti-cyclone has moved on to the country. Its centre this morning was over the southern portion. The forecast is for moderate easterly winds, with the weatlier fair to cloudy and cool, but with some scattered showers on the East Coast; seas moderate.
