XMAS SUPPLEMENT.
A SEASONAL BUDGET. STORIES, ARTICLES, HUMOUR. BRIGHT READING TOR ALL AGES. The Christmas Supplement of "The Auckland Star" contains an unusually wide range of interesting features this year, and will be in especially heavy demand, not only for home reading, but for entertaining the lazy intervals at picnic, camping, yachting and holiday outings generally. Seasonable and racily written stories and incidents dealing with Xew Zealand subjects are a prominent feature of the publication, in addition to which articles on the customs and traditions of the season in other parts of the world supply a picturesque and poetic note to an interesting budget of literary matter. The young folk have also been well catered for with Christmas reading, while the lighter side is strongly in evidence with quip and cartoon for both young and old. The usual weekly supplement attractions are included in the issue, which will be published with to-morrow's ','Star." As the demand is certain to be unusually heavy, subscribers are advised to order at once any additional copies required, in order to avoid possible disappointment.
