DIVORCE GRANTED.
The partly heard petition for divorce brought by Mary Ellen Keys (Mr. King) against Leo Keys was disposed of by Mr. Justice Herdman this morning, when further evidence was given by Joseph Wyark, picture house manager at Kohukohu. The witness eaid he had frequently known Keys, who was operator at the theatre, to remain in the theatre with a young woman, not the petitioner, after the audience had left. His Honor granted a decree absolute.
