Move Against " Rebel" General In Manchukuo. TROOPS OUTNUMBERED. (Received 12 noon.) PEKING, November 20. The Japanese have started a move against the '"rebel" Manchurian General, Su Ping-Wgn, according to dispatches, from North Manchukuo. y

The main Japanese forces are moving westwards simultaneously from Teitsihar and\Hai-lun. They are reported to number 10,000, as against the insurgents' 25,000. . . ,

The reason for the movement is the recent capture by General Su Ping-Wen of some Japanese officials at Manchuli, and his refusal to negotiate for their release.
