SOLICITOR REMANDED.
CHARGE OF STEALING £100. Matthew Prust Stewart, aged 37, solicitor, made another appearance in the Police Court this morning 011 a charge of stealing, on or about July 11, £100, the property of Frank Clifton Litchfield. By consent, accused, for whom Mr. Burt appeared, was remanded until November 24. Bail of £500 was renewed.
