INVERCARGILL, Tuesday. A single man, Alfred Joseph Donovan, 3* ab <>ut 40, was found dead in an outhouse at his home at Waikiwi this Deceaaed wa s * witness at an 7a a. * afternoon concerning the watJi cf Hector Aitken, labourer, aged «. Who was found drowned in the Waitopax Ri V er on October 21. A* the inquest on Aitken the coroner commented on the unsatisfactory nature « some of the evidence given. He rerarned a verdict that deceased was found gowned in the Waihopai River, there oeiag no evidence to show how he came 10 be in the river.
