ADVENTUROUS VOYAGE.

JtEBEIX BEACHES HAWAII. IN 16FT. HALF-DECKED BOAT. (From Our Own Correspondent.) SUVA, November 4. In spite of all sorts of pessimistic prophecies, Mr. Fred Eebell has reached Hawaii safely in his little 16ft sailing boat Elaine, and so completed another stage of the most adventurous voyage known for many years. His instruments are self-made, and his chronometer is a 4/6 watch picked out of a rubbish box. His sextant also is home-made. The Elaine is an old boat and is half-decked. She lost her centreboard while crossing the Tasman Sea from Sydney, coming to Suva, but it was replaced.
