Fowler, storekeeper, of Tararu, "was engaged as a launch hand in connection with the conveyance of lime from Miranda, when a rope caught his left ankle and caused a fracture of the leg above the ankle. He was conveyed to the Thames Hospital, where the limb was set. Hβ is progressing favourably.
