LAUNCH HAND INJURED.
AITKLB EI.TANGXEB IN ROPE. FRACTURE OP LEG. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) THAMES, this,, day. Raymond Fowler, aged 17, son of Mr. J. Fowler, storekeeper, of Tararu, "was engaged as a launch hand in connection with the conveyance of lime from Miranda, when a rope caught his left ankle and caused a fracture of the leg above the ankle. He was conveyed to the Thames Hospital, where the limb was set. Hβ is progressing favourably.
